Responsibilities
• Drive strategic and tactical activities related to organizational and talent development
• Coordinate talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding programs
• Provide thought leadership and strategic partnership to business and HR leaders on talent and organization design
• Own and execute the performance and development management process
• Design and implement defined leadership and employee learning and development programs
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives; supervise employee surveys administration and support action planning
• Ensure organizational capability and development through strategic talent management, including HiPO identification and succession planning and management
Profile
Your education and experience
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field, (4 years degree)
Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting and executing talent management programs in multinational organizations
Experience in designing, developing and executing organization-wide talent management programs that cover talent attraction, employee onboarding, performance management, talent development, coaching, succession management, data analytics and relationship management
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Fluent in German (both verbal and written) as an asset
Able to travel up to 20% of time
