The mission of the Job Title is to Support the innovation management at the Habasit Corporate Accelerator. The working student innovation analyst will support the Head of Corporate Accelerator and the Innovation Manager in their tasks.

Assessment of innovation initiatives and opportunities

Conduct market and customer intelligence surveys

Conduct market research

Compile concise understandings of market and application environment for business case owners

• At least 6th semester studies in management, preferably with focus on innovation management
• First experience in corporate context
• Good knowledge in MS Office tools
• Srong link to Habasit Core Values
• Systematic thinker (structured, self organizaed, target oriented)
• Self-confident, good at improving things and a problem-solver, who wants to have impact
• High social competence and ability to collaborate across functions and regions in a multi-cultural environment
• Team player, pleasant in dealing with other people
